How do I evaluate a candidate before engaging their services? 

After confirming the consultant's availability to work on your project, you will be given the consultant's contact information. You will have ample opportunity to correspond with the consultant to determine if this is a fit.

How do I monitor a consultant's work progress?

Typically, customers like yourself request daily or weekly project updates. In addition, Splunk (the product) has the ability to monitor and record activity. So you can track hours and visually see how the project is progressing.

How do I track the hours the consultant is working and billing?

There are no surprises. Our consultants will keep you informed along the way with regular status updates including an accounting for work accomplished and time spent.

How do I get invoiced?

At regular, agreed upon intervals (based on our signed agreement), CSJunction will send your company an invoice. Terms are typically net 30 days.

What is CSJunction's relationship with Splunk, Inc.

CSJunction, Inc is not a Splunk partner or reseller. We are not sanctioned or endorsed by Splunk. CSJunction consultants are all Splunk certified.

How does CSJunction make money?

CSJunction, Inc. takes a small percentage of the service revenue collected from customers and passes back the lion's share of the proceeds to the consultant performing the services.

Where are CSJunction consultants located?

Today, all our consultants live in the U.S.  Some of the consultants love to travel. Others, no so much.  Many customers prefer the consultant to work remote and on an as-needed-basis (retainer).

Do CSJunction consultants work remote or onsite?

Consultants who work on a project can be on your site, remote, or a mix of both over the course of the project. Consultants who are on retainer typically work remote.
